The Local Innovations Bicycle Ride will visit locations in Portland
that have achieved environmentally, architecturally and culturally
significant innovation in the last year. At each stop, there will
be a speaker who was central to the innovation.
WHAT: FREE, FUN, SLOW BICYCLE RIDE
WHERE: SUNNYSIDE ELEMENTARY, 35th & Salmon
WHEN: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 (flexible)
There will be a 5-mile ride option and a 15-mile option. Discount
bike rentals available at Veloce Bicycles (32nd & Hawthorne).
Lots of bike parking and restaurants at the end of the ride.
