The Face of the Fight Against Human Trafficking in the Northwest

The Oregon Human Trafficking Task Force is comprised of three branches: justice and law enforcement, social services providers, and the outreach and awareness branch of the task force known as OATH - Oregonians Agains Human Trafficking. This month's speakers, Keith Bickford, Chis Killmer and Carol Fenton, all sit on the Board of OATH. In addition, Keith Bickford is the task force director; Chris Killmer works for Catholic Charities and is the OSSIP program coordinator working with foreign born victims; and Carol Fenton serves as Oregon's advocacy co-director for Women of Vision, which is part of World Vision.
