* economic opportunity?
* free speech?
* other freedoms?
Come join City Club on July 19 as we discuss the deTocqueville classic Democracy in America. In light of recent developments in Egypt, Libya, and Burma, the group will discuss if it's fair to use these criteria to define democracy and apply these standards to other nations - or if some other criteria should be used.
