Food carts are popping up all over Portland. Join City Club for a tour of some of Portland’s downtown food carts. Brett Burmeister, lead author for foodcartsportland.com will lead the tour, and will discuss the growth, sustainability and politics around food carts. Proprietor Monika Vitek of Tabor food cart may also join the group to lend an “inside the cart” perspective. And of course, we’ll be sampling some food!
